BOOKING & PRICING
CONSULTATION
During your phone consultation, we’ll start the exciting journey of planning your maternity session. We’ll chat about your pregnancy, discuss your favorite looks, and tailor the session to your unique story. Afterward, we’ll have a personalized wardrobe planning call to finalize the details.
Consultations take about 20 minutes and are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a bit of fun homework to help us prepare for your perfect session!
WARDROBE
Once your session is booked, we’ll schedule a wardrobe planning call to finalize your looks and discuss what you’ll need to bring.
Our client closet, which 99% of our clients love using, features a variety of garments in sizes S to XL.
We’re always expanding our collection and love being inspired by our clients’ personal styles, making your session unique and tailored just for you!
HAIR & MAKEUP
Your session fee includes professional hair styling and makeup by our team of experienced artists, ensuring you are photoshoot ready. Enjoy being pampered with meticulous attention to every detail.
Our talented team at Motherly Portraits is skilled with all hair and skin types. Our "less is more" approach enhances your best features and brings out your natural beauty with a gorgeous glam look.
You'll leave the studio looking and feeling incredible, so plan a night out afterward!
PHOTOSHOOT
We believe that every expecting mother can be guided to showcase her inner radiance. Antonio and Cindy specialize in bringing forth your confidence and beauty through skillful poses and genuine expressions. Experience a range of lighting styles, background changes, with 3-7 wardrobe changes to capture the greatest moments of your pregnancy journey.
Sessions begin at 9:00 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday, concluding around 1:00 pm.
Convenient all-day parking is available directly in front of our studio.
REVEAL & ORDERING
After your session, we'll schedule you for an in-person or online Zoom reveal appointment 2 weeks later. During this time, we'll present a gallery of 80 images for you to explore and cherish. It's your opportunity to select your favorite photos, available for purchase in digital and print collections.
Remember, at Motherly Portraits, you only invest in what you love.
Additionally, we offer interest-free, in-house financing options for all collection purchases, ensuring flexibility and ease in acquiring your cherished memories.
DESIGN FEES
$535 session fee
INCLUDES:
Professional hair and makeup, full wardrobe access and outfit changes, the design and curation of your session, an artfully directed photoshoot with various lighting styles and backgrounds, and an in-person or ZOOM reveal and ordering appointment.
Collections are purchased separately.

FINANCING
Motherly Portraits offers in-house interest free financing on all purchases. Simply put 30% down the day of your reveal and we automatically direct withdraw $200 each month. Once your collection is paid in full, we deliver your final product and digital files.
Magazine-Style Retouching
We want you to look and feel your absolute best! That's why with every session, we will provide personalized professional magazine-style retouching.
We'll take care of all those minor details - like blemishes, under eye circles, cellulite or small scars – so that when it comes time for the big reveal you can showcase a truly polished final product worthy of being on any fashion mag cover.
